Flower of Dreams is an album about the ethereal poetry of dreams.
This is my third solo album and the first one I've recorded and produced entirely in my studio here in the Netherlands.

I really enjoy recording with other musicians, but this time I've taken care of all the instruments in an exercise of introspection throughout the entire work. A solitude similar to that of dreams.
​
In Flower of Dreams, there are nighttime dreams and daydreams, symbols, clues that are traps, traps that are doors, entrances to strange worlds that seem one thing and mean another.
​
Some songs emerged in English, others in Spanish. All have been recorded in their original language using an old phone as a microphone to communicate between disconnected worlds.
​
The sound of Flower of Dreams has been created by experimenting with effects pedals and dusty machines, over layers of synthesizers and bass guitars. Guitars have always been protagonists in my music, but this time I wanted to approach more nocturnal and dreamlike worlds by giving prominence to beats, bass, and synths.
​
But please listen to it and create your own worlds.

Flower of Dreams es un album sobre la poesía etérea de los sueños.
Este es mi tercer álbum en solitario y el primero que grabo y produzco íntegramente en mi estudio aquí en Países Bajos.

Disfruto mucho grabando con otros músicos, pero esta vez me he encargado de todos los instrumentos en un ejercicio de introspección a lo largo de toda la obra. Una soledad similar a la de los sueños.

En Flower of Dreams hay sueños nocturnos y sueños diurnos, símbolos, pistas que son trampas, trampas que son puertas, entradas a mundos extraños que parecen una cosa y significan otra.

Algunas canciones surgieron en inglés, otras en castellano. Todas han sido grabadas en su lengua original a través de un teléfono antiguo como micrófono para comunicarse entre mundos desconectados.

El sonido de Flower of Dreams ha sido creado experimentando con pedales de efectos y maquinas polvorientas, sobre capas de sintentizadores y bajos eléctricos. Las guitarras siempre han sido protagonistas en mi música, pero esta vez quería acercarme a mundos más nocturnos y oníricos dándole protagonismo a beats, bajos, y sintes.

Pero mejor escúchalo y crea tus propios mundos.
